I was quite nervous and anxious about the situation and visit. The receptionist was welcoming and nice. She was professional. The nurse was nice. The presiding PA that I had my visit with was amazingly through and professional. She was kind and informative. She talked me through everything. She was honest and trustworthy. She made me feel confident and cared about. She explained different options and she was so expressive with her explanation that I could understand them. I was not rushed through any part of this appointment. I feel like I was very valued and cared for throughout. I am confident in returning for follow up. I am so glad that my primary care doctor recommended this for me. Thank you to all the staff and doctor. Yall were truly exceptional!

I got there before my appointment and was seem before my appointment. They treated me very professional and put me at ease. Just questions about medicines were discussed. Nothing more.

The physician assistant I saw was not compassionate or understanding to my situation. I was not given a solution, nor did I feel like she was trying her best to find one. She made me feel as though my problem was not important.

I was grateful to get an appointment at the last minute when I needed it!

Not everything perfect..but was fine

I was very satisfied with this visit. I explained to the provider my concerns in details. She listened very carefully, asked me a lot of questions. she also defined the problems precisely, explained the causes and different treatments and recommendations, how successful these treatment compare to each other. we set a treatment plan and a follow up appointment. I really appreciate this provider and definitely recommend her to anyone having Urogynecology problems. She is well versed and expert in her field.
