I am disappointed by the provider who seen me. Pate listened to me, but in return made me feel silly for even taking the time to be there because “I’m too young”. I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously being that I have to wait a month to have testing done. Overall, didn’t like his personality and approach. I will most likely not come back to this location.

I have never seen this PA before but he was very thorough & patient with me.He went through my records from 2012 all the way to now. He has scheduled me for a heart ultrasound. Have a Blessed an Safe Day!

I had no issue with this visit, it was great, 10 out of 10. My issue is with scheduling a doctors appointment at this facility. They tell you to make an appointment for six months out, but the doctors schedule is only open in three months increments. So first you have to remember to make an appointment, then you have to time it just right to hit the schedule window. In my case I missed the window so it's been over a year since I've seen the doctor. I've seen a PA twice, and no doctor.

I felt a little pressured about a procedure they want me to have but we decided to hold off until I could see more information.

It was on time, everyone was polite and eager to help. Dr. Pate was thorough, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. A prescription was called in immediately and was ready the first thing the next day. We were contacted the next day to set up a time for needed lab work. I felt I was in capable hands and my questions were answered.

Awesome Care given

Dr. Bryant Pate was a great listener. There was much I needed to tell him of the numerous medical occurrences which have happened since Aug of 2023. He patiently listened and then thoroughly reviewed what my other specialist had tested, their results and current treatment plan. Dr Pate advised a new change of FLUID INTAKE since I have only one remaining kidney (at a 50% functional level). It was the first time I'd met him and I'd highly recommend him to anyone seeking help and guidance.
