I am totally impressed

I very much appreciate the thoughtful, through, evidence based care. As a retired NP myself, I have very high expectations for medical encounters. Mr. Pate inspired confidence in me because of his methodical history taking, patience as I struggled to absorb what is a new diagnosis for me. He encouraged input from me and made it clear that my acceptance of the diagnosis and proposed interventions was important.

Brian Pate was outstanding in his openness, communication and attitude.

I found James Pate to be extremely thorough. When I left the office I felt equipped with instructions on how to improve my condition, he offered recommendations that I am using and I feel it has helped me gain better control of my blood pressure.

One of the things that impressed me most was that Brian Pate had never met me before and he already had contacted Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles where I had been treated in the past. Very few in the medical field go above and beyond like that. My experience has been to explain my medical past to new Doctors which at my age is time consuming. Also I am not always sure I covered everything that was pertinent to the visit. How refreshing it is to have someone knowledgeable enough about me so he was able to provide solutions immediately. Usually I have to return after I have signed a release for all of my medical records. It’s nice to feel cared about.

Great staff and treatment - we just moved here this summer and didnt really know what to expect and so far Novant has exceeded our expectations!

APRN Pate performed his patient responsibility in an utmost thorough and professional manner.

I am disappointed by the provider who seen me. Pate listened to me, but in return made me feel silly for even taking the time to be there because “I’m too young”. I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously being that I have to wait a month to have testing done. Overall, didn’t like his personality and approach. I will most likely not come back to this location.

Great accommodated both me and my wife coming appointments next to each other even though there were different providers so that I could sit in with her or her appointment due to her recent Alzheimer's diagnosis Doctor really helped ease her mind

Everybody here is like family and treat you like family. They were concerned and positive about your being here and your mental state I’m a doctor to NR two of the cleaning people the whole staff work together to get me back on my feet and I’m really really grateful for that.

I was amazed at how thorough this young man was and how patiently he listened to my concerns, even asking questions before giving me an easy-to-understand answers with reasons he believed these to be good reasoning. I have never seen this PA before but he was very thorough & patient with me.He went through my records from 2012 all the way to now. He has scheduled me for a heart ultrasound. Have a Blessed an Safe Day!

Bryant was knowledgeable and patient! We had alot of questions and he took his time in answering them all! He even followed up the next day by phone personally to explain medications and future treatments! We were really pleased the way he explained all facets of treatment.
