I have been a patient of James Robeson for a number of years. He has always been professional and knowledgeable. I trust him with the health of my family and myself. He listens and creates an environment where you are safe and cared for. I have visited the office for a number of things. I am super amazed with the his vast knowledge. He has treated me and helped me improve my mental and physical health. I am very thankful for James and his team!

Such a friendly, down to earth staff from the time I walked in the front door until I left. James and the wonderful gal in training really heard me, were not in a big rush, and came up with an extremely reasonable plan for ME, as an individual. This is rare in many medical practices today. This was probably the best provider experience I have ever had. James was so thorough, anticipatory of needs, and welcoming. I felt like he was actually listening to what I was saying. I really value that. He even was able to identify things I didn’t ask about. He was able to spot my tinea versicolor on my back, and prescribe a treatment. It was a breath of fresh air to have such an attentive provider. He is a valuable assessed to the Novant team. Also, I would like to shout out to the rest of the team. From start to finish I felt like everyone was welcoming, and it was a well organized system.
