All staff were easy to understannd and were courteous to me and didn't have to wait at any place.

I had surgery for a broken leg. I was given valuable information and felt very secure about my injury. I couldn't ask for any better care. I have follow up appointment in 4 weeks. The staff and doctors have made this event not asstressful for me. Recommending them highly to everyone.

I came late because the transportation at the rehab was late. I was pleasantly surprised that the practice would still see me. Thanks very much! I would never be late if I were coming on my own!

The provider, Dr. "V" as he is called by staff and patients, made me feel rushed. He made me feel like some of the questions I had about my condition were not relevant and seemed to have a difficult (or round about way) of answering. I has a traumatic orthopedic injury requiring a 4 hour emergency surgery 2 weeks ago, needless to say, I have questions. As a fellow Novant Health Medical employee I can honestly say that I do not feel comfortable in his care nor his concern for his patients. I am still in the early stages of healing and have no reason to distrust his ability.

I felt I was completely informed regarding my health and physical condition. Meeting the provider in a one-on-one appointment gave me even more appreciation and confidence, especially because of the length of time for the healing process.
