I was seen right at the scheduled time of my appointment. All of the lab. Work was done very efficiently by pleasant staff. And, Dr. Mc Phail (sp) gave me adequate time to ask all the questions I had.

Excellent doctor and staff!!!

Staff was friendly and kind but Dr wasn’t in the room 90 seconds. It all happened so fast I was a bit taken back. No one since my surgery has really told me what I should do or can’t do. Can I drive? Can I go back to do housework? Can I lift anything? I have had no instruction. I find that concerning and odd.

Everything went smoothly and quickly, all my questions were answered.

Dr McPhail was very informative, and compassionate towards my issues. He went above and beyond to schedule my procedure the same day as my office visit due to the severity of my symptoms. Dr McPhail stepped up for me where the ER the previous day did not. I am very appreciative for Dr McPhail and all he has done for me.
