Dr Ernest Mcphail is always very observant and listens to your concerns. He seems to care and requests other tests to rule out other things In the 4 years I have been seeing him, he is always the same caring doctor.

I had an audience with the Dr for less than 10 minutes. He looked at the computer screen the entire time while wearing a mask. I asked a relevant question and he shrugged his shoulders . I guess that was the answer. My purpose for the visit was to check on my kidney stones and I had to ask what the situation was with those .

Dr. Mcphail is very caring and attentative to his patients. I have had the opportunity to work with him at Forsyth taking care of patients that just got out of surgery; so it was a new experience to be on the other side as a patient. He treated me with care, dignity and respect from the minute he walked in the door until the procedure was over. He is a very genuine doctor and am glad he had the opportunity to take care of me.

Excellent doctor and staff!!!

Staff was friendly and kind but Dr wasn’t in the room 90 seconds. It all happened so fast I was a bit taken back. No one since my surgery has really told me what I should do or can’t do. Can I drive? Can I go back to do housework? Can I lift anything? I have had no instruction. I find that concerning and odd.

Everything went smoothly and quickly, all my questions were answered.

Dr McPhail was very informative, and compassionate towards my issues. He went above and beyond to schedule my procedure the same day as my office visit due to the severity of my symptoms. Dr McPhail stepped up for me where the ER the previous day did not. I am very appreciative for Dr McPhail and all he has done for me.

I was delayed 15 minutes because of a wreck on I-40. The staff and Dr McPhail were very kind and accommodating both on the phone and in person.
