Eric is great, after going to several different doctors for the same issue- he is the only one who actually listens to help figure out what is actually going on with my health. Definitely recommend!

It was for a physical and the first time I had ever seen Dr Starr - he was THE SINGLE BEST Medical Provider I have ever experienced. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS, VALIDATED THEM, EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME IN DETAIL, ALLOWED ME TO ADD ADDITIONAL INPUT ABOUT WHAT I HAD RESEARCHED ON MY OWN - DID NOT BELITTLE IT- AND WE ARRIVED AT A VERY CLEAR , CONCISE TREATMENT PLAN TOGETHER. It was the best care I have ever recieved. I sent an email to his supervisor and the supervisor above his supervisor singing his praises the day after I saw him but, unfortunately, I never heard back. His CMA was also beyond exvellent from start to finish. If I were you I would do whatever I had to do to keep both of them employed with Novant. I?ve been sharing the “good news” about Eric Starr since my apt w friends, coworkers, etc.

Dr. Erick Star is very smart. Located knows a little bit about everything and very willing to help when needed.

Front staff, lab techs and nurses are always very friendly and professional. My referrals are always taken care of right away and Eric Starr is a rock star as always. I worry about him getting behind but he never makes me feel rushed and always takes time to answer my questions. You can tell he really cares about his patients.

I made a later appointment but because of my symptoms they called to see if I needed to come in sooner (I did). They got me in within 30 minutes. Everyone in the practice went above and beyond! Eric is wonderful, he looked back in my history and saw a trend I had not noticed. My entire family goes to him because of his personal attention and professional manner.
