The best Dr Samantha Smith and staff I've ever had

This is the best team!! I moved up here from FL 3 years ago and left my family doctor that I had been going to since I was 13(22year). I feel more welcome here than I ever did there!! I love Samantha!!! She really listens to me and is willing to help me any way she can!! I chose my new insurance for this year, so I could continue to see her!! Again, the BEST TEAM EVER!!

Dr. Smith is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She really listens to me and takes care of any concerns I may have. She’s had a super positive effect on my mental health. I would recommend her and all staff to anyone looking for a primary care facility.

I have been coming to Pilot Mountain Medical for over 12 years and have had 3 different PA or NP all were excellent, gave me good advice and showed caring and compassion. Dr Petri also went above and beyond to ensure I got to the right specialist when needed. I am leaving the area and I will miss this clinic and ALL the staff, thanks to them all for the care I have received!

Excellent experience and everyone so nice and understanding

I was very nervous and maybe a little bit “chatty” because of it. But Samantha and her nurse were still kind, patient, and attentive! I felt welcomed and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously!

Everyone at this Novant facility is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with the entire staff, and Samantha Smith is competent and personable. It’s also a nice drive up to Pilot Mountain from King!
