In dealing with the staff and doctor for the first I was comfortable with them

I had a great experience with provider and nurse. I felt like they both listened to my concerns. I didn't feel dismissed. They expedited refills for medications and a drs appointment I have been needing to have with another specialist. Dealing with health issues is overwhelming all Its own but having professionals actively be listen was huge.

I was a nurse and have worked for many doctors and with many nurses and I can say they are some of the best. Listen to concerns, make you feel comfortable and I never felt rushed during my visit . Definitely will keep this doctor as my PCP!

I was a scheduled for a virtual visit and my appointment was on a phone call. The provider never physically seen me and didn't listen to my health concerns. After getting off to a rocky start, Dr. Horan and I seemed to be on the "same page" today as we are getting to know each other as Dr. and Patient. I really appreciated that and I was excited about that. I just Love his Nurse, Melissa, she is so Professional, Sweet and Just a Kind Person and makes you feel at Home the moment you meet her, That! Is a Gift!!
