Experience with Kao was great. She expounded results and listened to what I said. Her notes reflected attentiveness to my concerns and connected with recommendations. Very pleased with the professionalism of everyone. Didn't feel like a number.

Terrible bedside manner, poor quality of conversation and very noticeably defensive when told about the poor bedside manner of another provider at the same clinic. Very argumentative an unprofessional for a care provider an someone who is suppose to help bring relieve I was made to feel stupid for asking for help an was even questioned about what I was looking for even tho I expressed willingness to try literally anything to get relief from my pain
