No Problems. All my questions were answered.

My mom has early onset dementia and needs a wheelchair. When we arrived at the door, the staff was so great in helping me to get her checked in. The nurse taking her vitals was so nice to her. Dr. Pizzola was so great in explaining her lab work results and listening to both of us. He understood the difficulty of me getting her to early appts and made certain we had one that would fit with her "new life" schedule. Having a physician that treats the patient and the caretaker is such a blessing.

As always my experience at Zimmer Cancer Center was excellent. All staff from techs , nurses and Provider treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Despite the circumstances of having to receive treatment for Cancer this is by far a top notch facility with top notch staff.

It took a bit longer than I would have liked for an appointment to be available, but it was clear to me that the physician who referred me did not consider it necessary to be seen be by a specialist of this type urgently and quickly. I got an appointment in the time frame that the referring doctor and I were both comfortable with. Everyone I interacted with from the moment I entered the building until the moment I was leaving for home was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I felt that I got as much time with the doctor as I needed to be confident that he heard everything I wanted to say/ask, and never had the slightest sense of being rushed. The doctor (and everyone else who interacted with me clinically) was careful to explain the situation fully and in a way that I could understand. More than once he checked with me to see if everything that concerned me was being talked about, as well as checking to see if I had any questions. In addition, I was told exactly how to contact him/his team directly if any new questions or concerns occurred to me, and I was encouraged to do so. The scheduling for my follow up appointment was carefully arranged to be as easy and convenient for me as possible. Overall it was a comfortable and friendly experience, and I was quite impressed.

The doctor was fantastic. But it took 2 months to get the appointment at this point the symptoms were gone at the time of testing the symptoms were gone so the test come back normal as I expected. But this will flare up again as it has been for the last few years and when it does a go to the dr their gonna go to the test that was done when the symptoms were not there. I just don't feel any benefit from the test due to the timing. The dr was great he answered all my questions he spent the time needed never felt rushed. The staff was also great. however scheduling is horrible waited so long to get an appointment the symptoms went away before seeing the dr
