Lexi is an amazing PA. She answered my question promptly before the appointment and took excellent care of my daughter. She made sure to educate me about what to look out for and when to call. Excellent care given by all.

We have always received great care for our boys at Twin City. The doctors and nurses have always answered our questions during visits and thru the portal.

We recently started seeing Lexi as we needed an alternate provider on days our primary is unavailable. She is SO kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgable. She has a very bubbly personality that resonates well with children. She was so patient with my reserved toddler and even offered him stickers and popsicles for his sore throat. Lexi explains everything so thoroughly and talks through options for a plan of care. We are grateful for another great provider!

This was our first visit at the office as new patients. The staff was all so kind. Our previous peds office had not released to send over medical history- but our nurse at Novant took the initiative to review and communicate the day before the visit (including vaccines) to ensure we were all on the same page!
