Everything was more than great from the moment the nurse took us back and we were seen by our provider. When we entered the office however, the person working the front desk did not greet us, seemed annoyed we were there, before I could open my mouth said that she would be with us in a moment (very abruptly and without looking at us ), and then later acknowledged us. The person who was with her upon departure was much nicer.

Dr Forrest is the best!

We adore Lexi. She is patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and so great with children. My 4 year old can be difficult and uncooperative, but she knows exactly how to interact with him. We are so thankful for another compassionate and personable provider.

All Twin city Peds staff has been Great each time we have visited. From check-in to medical staff.

Lexi Talbert was great and really listened to me when I was explaining the concerns I had for my child. The office also got us in pretty quick and communicated in mychart promptly.

Lexi is an amazing PA. She answered my question promptly before the appointment and took excellent care of my daughter. She made sure to educate me about what to look out for and when to call. Excellent care given by all.

We have always received great care for our boys at Twin City. The doctors and nurses have always answered our questions during visits and thru the portal.

My daughter commented she has always liked the doctors but PA Lexi went above and beyond to get to know her, understand her concerns and demonstrate care. She was very impressed which says a lot for a 13 year old!
