Lexi is fantastic! We really love her. I am so impressed by little things that she remembers about our family that really provides a more personal experience. She is so good with Norah, and she explains things very well to where Norah can also understand what is going on. This appointment was different for me because Norah is getting old enough to explain what's going on, so watching Lexi interact with her was a really cool experience. She made Norah feel heard and validated, and I was able to get my questions answered and my understanding was ensured as well.

Lexi was very thorough. She also gave us all of her attention with an unlimited amount of time. She truly listened and discussed.
