It’s wonderful to have staff and a provider be thorough, listen to you, and care. It’s also important to me that the receptionist actually answer the phone, instead of having to call multiple times, to finally just leave voicemail messages to hopefully be returned that day. Thank you

If I need an appointment, I have always received one, if there's been a cancelation before my appointment date, I'm always given a courtesy call to let me know there's been a cancelation, and would I be interested in taking that available slot.
