No me dicen las cosa como son, la enfermera me da un diagnóstico de terror y me enojo y le dra, me dice que es nada ahora no se cual de Las dos me Mintió. Yo siempre voy a chequeos por cada síntoma y me dan un presentimiento pero no me mandan a más estudios hasta que ando buscándolo por mi sola. La cita para mi cirugía ahora en ginecología fue muy despacio y mi dra, familiar no está y la sustituta ni me atendió sólo me trato 15 minutos para decir que estaba tarde y que regrese otro día..?

I explained that I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids.But still need to talk to me face to face. Even though I don't read lips it helps me to understand what is being said. And not have to ask them several times to repeat things was so great. She never spoke to me without being face to face. I sometimes put off going to a doctor because of my hearing but that will not happen again with my new doctor.

90% of the time i can get an appt same day or next, everyone is always curteous, pleasan and attentive and I am seen within minutes of my appt time. I very rarely have wait long to be seen. Check in desk sometimes is backed up but I can check in on line very easily.
