Samantha provided extremely excellent service, reviewing lab results completely and thoroughly, explaining each result and it's medical/health implications. Careful physical exam, fully listening to my review of my dietary and exercise program.

It was the first time meeting Samantha Ziglar. She did an amazing job of taking in all the information for our first visit. She even asked me about things I hadn't thought about for a while. She came highly recommended, but my primary provider who retired. I'm looking forward to many years of a great relationship relationship. Because my provider listened to me and noted elevated temperature and blood pressure, she suggested I take a COVID test (which turned out to be positive). She immediately prescribed medication. I was really sick the first 3 days but am doing better now. Quick thinking on her part.

The whole experience was wonderful. Samantha was very friendly and thorough. The lab was exceptionally helpful. I hate needles and got nauseous when I had my blood drawn. The lab techs gave me crackers and a coke to help my nausea. They even gave me a cold pack for my neck. I really felt like a family member in the office. Well done Novant, well done.
