I have thought a lot about this after I read the clinical notes on the visit in My Chart- which are very informative. I was initially disappointed in the visit- but after reading his notes on it I think I bear a lot of responsibility for this. I wasn't proactive enough in asking questions. He assumed from our silence that everything he was saying was noted and understood. I should have spoken up much more. This was a real learning experience for me. It was clear from his notes that he had a thorough understanding of my condition, and how he thought we should proceed. And we did proceed- we just should have asked more questions. Not his fault I left feeling anxious about where all this was headed. I should have spoken up.

All was all good!

Dr Forrester and his staff are especially efficient in explaining things in plain English.

I thought the visit was professional and done in a very timely way. No feeling of being rushed. The doctor did not rush and took his time. The assistants also were very friendly and even the welcoming assistants were friendly at the front desk.
