I am so happy and grateful that my children primary care is at novant health ballantyne pediatrics, the care here is impeccable. The front staff is friendly, always helpful and patience in getting you an appointment. The clinical staff makes each visit personal and empathetic. I appreciate the doctors patience and care, they make you feel as if your child is their only patient. I appreciate everyone and so grateful to have a wonderful staff as part of my community.

This apt felt very rushed. I also felt like she was over talking me and not really listening to my questions. I am thankful all my other encounters have been good. Off of this one alone I would have switch providers. My babies health is extremely important to Mr being heard and in the know is equally as important

I appreciate the Pediatrician suggesting to try another type of medication. The follow up to the newer prescriptions was very prompt.
