I love this staff. They listen and give me the exact information I need. Dr Boone is so informative and she knows her job so well.

My first time coming to any Novant it was pleasant. The associates were very friendly and comfortable to be around. I would tell anyone to come here at the Huntersville location.

Candace Boone is amazing & everyone wants to get in to see her. That’s the only reason why I wasn’t able to schedule within the 3 months needed from my previous appointment, but I was scheduled with the 1st available date thereafter.

The receptionist was so friendly and personable. She had me in stitches as I waited for the nurse to call me back. Once my appointment began, Candace Boone was also very friendly and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of all the treatment options available to me. She also explained that I could reach out to her anytime if I had any questions or experienced any issues with my treatment. I definitely recommend Candace Boone to anyone seeking help with weight issues. She is truly a gem!

The nurse practianer was very knowlegeable and professional. She explained what was happening and why and further helped me with my issue when she combined it with a nutritionist. Very happy i met with her

I really appreciated Candace taking more than a surface look/listen about all I have going on that may contribute to me having difficulty losing weight. I felt seen and heard. I went in with no expectations, I really just wanted to learn more. But I’m hopeful about the approach. I really liked how it was broken down into useful chunks - 150 min. of exercise, 64-128 oz. of water, 90 grams of protein daily. Those I can remember. I know there is more for me to do but this feels doable to start.
