My experience was a rare one at a medical office . I was surprised by the time and care each person I encountered took . From my first phone call , the front desk , my nurse , and the practitioner who explained my future surgery from my risk to the favorable outcome . I felt heard and for once like I was in control of my health not a doctor telling me how it was going to be and I Have to do what they say . I had options. So glad to be on my health journey with this team where they truly take the care and patience I needed through all of this

From the moment I stepped in till I left it was exceptional care. The receptionist who greeted me warmly and with a smile, the medical assistant was personable, friendly. Candance NP was welcoming, accepting, encouraging and I never felt uncomfortable dealing with my weight. I felt very cared for. I actually have referred another friend to you all. Great exceptional service!!!!
