I just moved here from Boston,and was nervous about finding a new Electrophysiologist. I did some research, and decided to see Dr. Smith. Luckily, he had a cancellation and I was able to see him the week we moved here. I was impressed that he came in the exam room knowing my medical history, the doctor in Boston who sent him my referral, and he spent a lot of time with me as a new patient. I never felt rushed, he addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I feel very confident have it Dr Smith as my new cardiologist/electrophysiologist.

Dr. Smith was terrific. He explained my condition to me and promptly got me time with the device technician to fix the issue. He really does care about me.

The appointment met all of my expectations. Staff was fantastic.

The doctor and staff were very professional, courteous , and prepared with my heart history and answered all questions completely.

Registration was slow and put me 30 minutes behind my scheduled procedure time. They offered no explanation or apology. Could not have been treated better by nurses and Doctor once I got into surgery center. They did an excellent job, but you have front end problems.

The appointment was great . Concerned that I was unable to get on the zoom class about atrial fibrillation. Got to the point where host was aware but never responded.

I have been seeing Dr. William Smith for 15 years. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning my conditions and has always helped me.

I wish I got to see the Dr yearly. I also wish I would get testing on my heart as I had in past places I have lived. My siblings have heart issues (parents had also). I do understand that the Dr is very good and very busy.

I feel very fortunate to be cared for by Dr Smith. He is a excellent physician.

I had a great visit and trust Dr Smith to do my ablation.

Arrived 20 minutes prior to appointment- apparently confusion as to whether I'd been called back so ended up sitting for almost 30 minutes after appointment time. Medical assistant very nice and apologized and tried her best to explain mixup. Seemed like front desk and medical assistants not organized and not working together well.

Really appreciate Dr. Smith taken me in as his patent as quick as he did to take care of my needs. Thank you for explaining everything to me and my husband of what would be taking place and expecting with the procedure coming up.

Dr Smith is a very competent doctor with a wonderful personality. I feel like he genuinely cares about my overall wellbeing. He answers questions and looks you in the eye when he's speaking to you. He knows everything that is written in my records. When I visit him, I feel like I'm seeing an old friend. I know that he is the kind of doctor that I want taking care of me. My life is literally in his hands!

The follow-up is up to me from options provided by Dr. Smith for choosing the next step for servicing my 12 year old defibrillator.

My weight was more important than my heart though just four days early at Wilmington gastroenterologist I was 405 not eating at this appointment I was 409 .my lungs are killing me and heart issues around 10 times a day yes definitely down from 30 a day . panic attacks have been bad because of this two times I have been on to emergency room because of this in last month
