Excellent doctor service

Dr. Moore has been excellent through both of my knee replacement surgeries. Excellent surgeon and a very caring, compassionate surgeon. I worked 35 plus years at FMC as a respiratory care practitioner and Dr. Moore is the best surgeon I've ever met. He's exceptional!

The care and the service that I Receive was excellent

Dr Moore is a very concerned and caring physician. He explains the procedure that you need to have to where you can understand.

Dr Moore is interested in my health and my condition. He listens very well and he asks for details by ways of checking mobility, tolerance to certain movements and has questions about my ability to do certain motions. He is thorough. And in meeting him for the first time I knew he would be thorough and will assist me in finding the problem as he asks the right questions.

Dr Moore is an excellent orthopedic doctor. He listens very carefully and answers my questions. I am very confident that he is very interested in providing me with the best care possible.

He said to let him know how pt went, and that I would know when I'm ready for hip replacement. He has a great caring and communicator personality which is refreshing for an ortho surgeon.

Dr Slade Moore and staff are some of my best office experiences ever. I actually enjoy my medical visits with Novant and my Doctors. Always friendly, courteous and on time. Rarely ever have any delays but again sometimes it's out of their control. Wouldn't trade them for anybody else.

Please know, I am not looking for or want another healthcare agency caring for me.

It was a very nice experience. The reason I didn't give full marks on some of the questions is just because that was first time with Dr. Moore. He was a very pleasant person and I scheduled a follow up visit in 7 weeks.

Person who led me to the exam room couldn’t wait to finish her job she didn’t speak clearly an I had trouble hearing her Dr I saw was not an ankle specialist and could not give me the information I wanted. They suggested that I schedule a follow up appt with an ankle specialist Felt like this appt was a waste of time and money
