My nurse was amazing as well as Abigail, the Nurse Practioner, who was very intentional and precise with her every word and actions. I walked away feeling understood and confident that the source of my pain would be treated. The staff was amazing.

My doctor could be more positive about my health.

Abigail was attentive informative professional and knowledgeable of what I needed and her limitations due to increasing risk for my ongoing health. Her high energy,her high volume voice pitch kept me focused and confident I should trust her . I can not thank her enough for decreasing my discomfort. And referring me on to another provider for ongoing care.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for many years, and must say that he always takes his time to listen attentively to my concerns and never rushes me out the door. He provides the best treatment for my long-term condition with Fibromyalgia, arthritis and other health concerns. I have referred many patients to his practice over the years and will continue to do so.

The group of Novant has been so good for me I came in with a lot of problems and now I don’t feel so sick always I have never run into a problem with anyone I trust all the Doctors with my healthcare

From check in to the medical assistant to NP MCGinnis they all were wonderful. NP MCGinnis was very empathetic and understanding to my needs and care. I felt very respected, she went over and above expected expectations.

The provider my husband and I saw was incredibly thorough. She took her time and went through each of our charts to make sure our visit was “worth it”. Her response to us re: our blood work results was very detailed and she offered great suggestions. We both really appreciated our visit.
