About
I grew up around medicine and have always enjoyed helping people, but it wasn't until I got far away from home that I realized a career in medicine would be my future. In 2011, I traveled to Uganda on a service trip; I saw the impact that a lack of access to medical care can have, as well as the way having access to medical care can transform lives in a positive way. After that trip, I was committed to providing the care I saw a need for in my community.
