About
A passion for STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and a desire to make a direct impact in patients' lives drew me to medicine. Orthopedics, in particular, captured my interest because of the depth of human anatomy involved, the ability to treat disability and restore mobility, and the opportunity to see measurable results following an intervention. There is something deeply rewarding about watching a patient regain function and quality of life.
