Was my first time under the care of Salisbury Urology. It was such a good experience under my circumstances! Special stars. To Katelyn and Dr Domenig who were above and beyond and gave me such great care !!

Provider was very personable and knowledgeable.

1. I was impressed with the cheerfulness, friendliness and respectful attitude of Dr. Domenig. That helped a lot to allay my anxiety. He listened to my questions and concerns. He offered reasonable advice for further health care. 2. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, after my arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect of my appointment. 3. Instructions given for where the office was located were confusing. I asked several times if the office was 'in' part of the hospital or a separate building across the street, etc. She kept saying " "It's part of the hospital campus." That told me nothing. The simple answer is "looking at the current ER entrance of the hospital, look to your right and enter that glass door. Office is on the right." And -you'll have to park in the parking garage across the street from the hospital. 4. I was very embarrassed when the nurse loudly gave me instructions for providing a urine sample, in front of other patients waiting in the hall. That is showing a lack of privacy and concern for a person's feelings. 5. I wonder why the patient questionnaire was so detailed and yet there was very little discussion about my answers, their connection to my health issue I was being seen for, or why all that information was required, when all of it is already recorded in my Novant patient records.

Dr. D listened to my concerns and educated me on what options/procedures were available to me and explained the risks and benefits of each. He made me feel comfortable talking to him about an uncomfortable condition. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a follow up from a kidney stone removal by Dr. Domenig, my first time interacting with him. He was professional, friendly and very supporting. I am very satisfied with my care at Salisbury Urology, the nursing staff and Dr. Domenig.
