I would describe my experience at this visit as refreshing, especially compared to visits at other places. I left the visit feeling assured that my son (a minor patient) received the proper and appropriate care. From checking in, to vitals the staff was excellent. The student nurse, Caroline P, who accompanied us the whole visit was great with the patient and very attentive. The nurse who made the notes for the doctor was very thorough when filling in our information without leaving me feeling ignored. The doctor was very personable and welcoming. She listened to everything without interruption. She had great recommendations for a solution regarding the visit (which again was very refreshing). All staff made this visit very comfortable even during X-ray examination. I can say this was the one of the best experiences for the patient and myself as a parent.

The staff was awesome. Check in was quick and I felt welcomed. The initial measurements of my son’s vitals was so caring and thoughtful. The free book was a great gift to make my son feel special. The provider came in and helped us and gave us great advice and guidance on what to do and what to expect. Attention to detail was right on. The room was clean and also had a little game that my son could play while waiting. He really felt comfortable you could tell. Check out and labs went fast. My son even got another gift from the lab before leaving. The overall experience was amazing and I was very pleased about the entire process.
