Novant was great, but transport from rehab to Novant was not too good. They caused me to miss my appointment on May 10, had to reschedule. Lucky to get another appoint so quick.

Would have been nice to have some kind of notice concerning the new location.

My A fib concerns were fully addressed; however, I tried to explain that I had showed evidence of fluid in my feet and ankles and that is what lead to my primary sending a referral to my cardiologist. I do not feel the fluid concerns were addressed because focus was only on a fib.

Great support and service

Everyone was very pleasant and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

As in past the entire visit was great, given it is still a doctor's visit. Wonderful welcome at front desk, medical assistant and of course Monica. Grateful to have this team looking out for me. Thank you.
