This FNP is knowledgeable and thorough with exam, quick to order meds, tests, and referrals, but seems rushed and insincere in conversation. When I ask questions, she comes across as condescending and makes me feel dumb for asking. I believe patients should be comfortable to discuss their healthcare with their PCP and make informed decisions for themselves. Medication side effects and concerns, cost and insurance coverage, etc are valid discussion topics. It's completely ok if she doesn't know all of the answers, but she should not make patients feel ridiculous for asking a question or being reluctant about a treatment plan.
