Dr. David Milbourn was born in Arizona but raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. He is a Tar Heel and studied chemistry, biology and exercise and sports science while at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate years. Prior to medical school, he worked at the American Red Cross. In 2013, Dr. Milbourn relocated to Charlotte with his wife for his pediatrics residency training.
