More diverse staff to assist with different cultures and backgrounds so the patient feels comfortable.

I've seen Dr William Boles, MD since my brain injury in 2014. I trust him completely with my care. He always listens and helps me understands. I have many issues and he is patient with all of my caregivers questions and explaining to me too. I'm glad I got him as my doctor.

when i got there they would not take my co-pay. when i checked out i waited almost 2 minutes to ck out( he was lost in his phone) then i had to tell him Dr. Boles had ordered more test, still wouldn't take my co-pay

Dr. Boles listens to everything you have to say and then addresses every concern respectfully. He also brings up ideas to you "well maybe it's this?" "It could be that." "I'll run these tests to make sure." He's reassuring and gets back to you quickly. That's rare nowadays! But I feel optimistic about my health with Dr Boles' care!

First appointment with Dr. Boles and I was very comfortable; he listened to what happened to me. He asked lots of questions getting an understanding & history of my injuries. He was kind empathetic to my extreme emotional stress - my husband died 1/23/23. I keep having blackouts, concussions, fractured shoulder. He explained his treatment plan, tests, etc..Good start.

I was instructed to arrive @ 3:45 for a 4PM appointment and I did get to see anyone until 4:30...They have a sign saying your appointment is important to us...very amusing...The medical technician took my vitals at 4:30ish and eventually, I was able to see the doctor. They did not even come out and inform me that the doctor was running late
