Doctor Case is an excellent Doctor

Every member of the team is kind and professional. I drive an hour to get to the office, and it is worth the drive.

The office visit was very professional and friendly. Nurses and staff were very helpful and cared about any conversation I spoke to them concerning my visit.

I just feel that the visit notes was incorrect. I wasn't asked the questions he said I denied issues to in which I'm feeling and experiencing everything he said I declined. Not sure I'm completely understood about how I feel or what I'm experiencing.

Kelly was very nice.. April wasn’t available so I saw Kelly.. I had an x-ray of my ankle but no shot was given.. still in pain when I left office.. I will go back and see April next week.. she knows my patient needs..

Can never get a appointment with my primary doctor he has been my doctor for 5 years and only been able to see him twice i always have to see a dr assistant or a nurse I am seeking a new doctor that can see me when I need him or her I haven’t seen a md in a few years now at this facility they are never available for a appointment for weeks

Dr. Gigi Smith is the best. So tuned into my needs and problems.

They were kind and listened to me. Not rushed. I was given an rx for meds to take care of the Covid. The staff were all courteous and took good care of me.

She was great. I had to visit the lab and have bloodwork. Hannah did an excellent job. I have tiny veins and usually have a hard time w bloodwork. Not w Hannah! YAY! I was told I would get a call from the provider once results were in. I never received a call. I had to look on my chart in order to find out the results of the x-rays.

Really liked the 2 hour walk in clinic. Couldn’t get an appointment so I chose this clinic as I got to see doctor in the practice.

Great team

Although my provider was on vacation and I saw a different provider for the first time, I could relate to Kelli very easily and trusted her diagnosis and recommendations for treatment.

Appointment was fast and easy. Had in-depth conversation with provider about visit. Good follow-up. Helped me with a scheduling conflict that was my own fault.
