The doctor showed up not having looked through any of the pictures or notes that concern my child and his My Chart. So after being an hour late to our appointment, we then had to review everything that I had already talked about with the nurse on the phone and the nurse in the office and everything that was already in the chart. She then proceeded to start to take pictures of my son and then I informed her I had already put pictures in My Chart so then she spent additional time looking through the pictures and said those would be great to keep in the chart. There was no apology for being extremely late or an unprepared for the appointment.
