Staff and Dr Young were outstanding

I enjoy seeing Dr. Young. He understands my problems and concerns. I have seen other pulmonologist and was not satisfied. Appointments always on time. Very attentive and staff also.

Awesome experience

Dr. Young is an excellent provider. He is easy to talk to and able to relate to his patients with sleep apnea. I an thankful to have him as my doctor.

Getting an appointment via phone call is problematic. Also, I was unaware that this practice is a part of Novant New Hanover and has a separate segment of epic which has not been integrated to Novant Main. As a result, I couldn't see my appointment in My Chart.Also, the multiple repeatative phone ques are time consumming and useless. I eventually left a message which eventually was responded to. Many questions asked for file data also already existed in My Chart Main Epic, so time was wasted on redundancy.

Med tech was amazing and friendly who relaxed any anxiety over my pulmonary tests by being perfectly objective, professional, and informative. I am new to the Novant Health care system and I'm thrilled, overall. As for this experience, I can't say enough good things about it. Lisa, who called me about my appt spoke slowly enough for me to get it all and gave all the info I needed. I can't recall the names of the lady who checked me in or the intake nurse but both were pleasant, professional and listened carefully to what I needed to say. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Young and the other staff in this office.

First meeting and assessment, girst impression good. Time will tell sbout the silver lining, so far so good. Excellent staff. Dr Young seemed to be the same.

The first person I saw was the nurse who conducted the breathing tests & took my vitals. She explained everything concerning the tests & was very professional. Dr. Young took his time discussing my concerns & prescribed a new inhaler for my bronchitis/asthma. I felt very comfortable & am extremely happy to have this practice.
