Never addressed my actual questions. Didn't listen or ask questions, just made insulting assumptions. His follow up notes in mychart were inaccurate, contained blatant speculation, and were again insulting and presumptive, stating as fact things I never said or implied. I tried very hard to give this doctor a chance, but that was a mistake.
