Nurse Janice is an angel, after the terrible interaction with the NA who was trying to argue with me while I was in severe pain. Janice came in and treated me wonderful respect me, and did what she had to do to resolve my issue. I seriously left with tears of joy, because I was so scared and hurting so badly, it made me very emotional to have her be so professional and understanding
