I love Dr. Mercy Moore. She listens to me and always involves me in decisions about my care. Of all my Novant doctors, she is my absolute favorite!

Dr. Moore has always been excellent. She treats me like a real person and I believe she does her very best for me.

Everyone I encountered took great care of me and my needs, they listened and made sure I understood everything happening with my health! Friendly staff

Everyone was nice and respectful. I think once a patient is put into an examination room and if the physician hasn't made contact within a 10-15 minute time frame as a courtesy the patient should be made aware that the physician is running behind for whatever reason so that the waiting patient doesn't feel forgotten about. I had to step out of the room to ask what was taking so long after I had been waiting for 30 minutes after being put in the room

Dr Moore is she awesome! She is amazing.
