She was very attuned to the discomfort I was experiencing. We were not able to continue somethings because of pain I was experiencing. She explained what I would follow up doing,meds,procedures and f/u with ano-rectal surgery.

Dr Austin Is great. She is concerned about her patient. She exam the swelling in my feet and legs. We talked about what I experience with my swelling from my 1st visit 3 months ago. Dr. Austin is through with her patient and she is nice, caring doctor. I've made the right decision when I chose her as my primary

I went in for an annual physical. The provider went through what I expected. Knowing that any questions can result in an additional charge that is outside the physical, I opted not to ask too many questions. The provider seemed very competent and professional and also seemed like she had a busy day ahead of her. It seems unfair that the system asks these types of survey questions and also encourages providers to take on lots of cases a day. She did well, considering.
