Doctors and nurses a very informative and polite

I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at the gyn oncology department. Dr. Ross is my hero and every single visit with him was so positive and informative. Jen, his nurse, has been there for me every time I contacted her and made me feel comfortable with all my concerns. Everyone from checkin to lab to nursing assistant has been friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very pleasant and kind. Walked me through every step. Dr. Ross was very patient, kind, caring, attentive and made sure I understood every option. He made sure I had clarity even if it meant he needed to repeat more than once and never made me feel rushed. Also, answered my test results very quickly and eased my mind. Phenomenal care!

I could not be more satisfied with Dr. Ross and his team. The new facility was very nice.

Great staff from Dr Ross’s referral nurse to his personal nurse and Dr Ross is so awesome. He explained, drew pictures and I am very comfortable with my surgery that will be coming up in July.

Dr. Ross is awesome. He is very nice and polite. He listens to everything you say. He answers any questions you have. He goes into great detail about your problem and explains exactly what to do so that you understand everything. I wish he could be my everything doctor.
