Staff were all great. It was difficult to get a new patient appointment in a timely manner because they are so busy, but I really wanted to become established with this PA because she is my husband's PCP. I really like the way she is kind and considerate of our health needs!

The fact that we are on an older version of Epic is ridiculous. NOVANT is large enough to have the best. Katie didn?t tell me. I have friends that work at the hospital. The sign in process is ridiculously long.
