Appointment felt rushed. Did not have time to ask questions

Automated services problems over the last few months have put a damper on an otherwise good medical experience.

Substitute Doctor. Not prepared to meet me for the first time. Made recommendations of meds that I have used for years. Finally made a recommendation, but I'm not sure why except he said it was a long standing drug. No discussion with me about side effects, cost etc
