Everyone was very nice & answered questions

I was extremely anxious about my visit and got very emotional. The doctor seemed very understanding and considerate. He told me I could take as much time as I needed in the room after my visit before leaving.

Dr. Thompson was very knowledgeable, took time to explain to me some of the complexities of the procedure he will do and made me feel very comfortable with everything. Great visit!

Thanks to Dr Thompson who listened to my issues, where another Doctor and staff didn’t seem to care and I didn’t get a follow up call on my heart condition. Doctor Thompson eased my fears and concerns, please let him know!

This was, my 1st visit with Dr. Jenks Thompson. There no delays. The Dr. and staff were very personable and professional. Dr. Thompson explained the procedure for placing a pacemaker very thoroughly, gave me info for scheduling and I was on my way in less time than expected.

Dr. Thompson's demeanor and explanation of procedure made me more at ease. His nurse was very congenial. Easy access & parking.

The staff along with Dr Thompson are first class. They were very attentive in every way to my needs. I could have gotten an appt with many other Drs but chose Dr Thompson because I’ve seen him before and know he is just who I need for my care.
