I would prefer to have the option to not have a scribe in the room. Sometimes I don't ask questions because I don't want to share personal health things with a college student I saw being unprofessional in the hall moments before. I'd rather just speak to my doctor. Some of the scribes are fine, but one in particular always makes me uncomfortable and I'd rather have the option to opt out.
