Stacey was well informed about my medical issue and ramifications of that issue as it affects my health. She was also willing to point out the decisions that I will need to make.

This is the most difficult place to get an appointment with my doctor in ah emergency. Now I am left with a difficult situation in trying to decide what to do.

Ms Penninigton did a wonderful job of explaining the details of my current health situation. She took time to look at at my Novant chart from Brunswick also and explained some areas of concern that I have and definitely reassured me.

Mrs Pennington is very kind, she explain everything in detail for my brother care. She seems very concerned about his health and want to help him feel better. I as my brother nurse am very pleased with the care she is providing for him. Thank you.

Only issue I had was it took me 2 months to get an appointment for an issue I was concerned about.

I needed to see someone as quickly as possible but was told it would be almost 2-3 months. I was in a lot of pain when I called. I finally called another doctor in another county so I could get checked in the meantime. I almost cancelled my appointment and would have if I had not needed some medical advice about another issue.

I had to wait 2 to 3 months for an appointment and I don't get that at all. My PCP gave them a referral for treatment 4 months ago.

Always good experience. Only negative comment would be if you try to schedule appt with your provider outside of your yearly checkup it takes a very long time (months) to get in to see them.

She welcomed my input about treatment options. She thoroughly reviewed my patient chart before coming into the Exam room which helped make the most of the face to face time.

There was a longer than usual wait, but Ms. Pennington spent an adequate time with me and didn't make me feel rushed.

Stacey was very polite, professional, personable, friendly, & acknowledge.

I was told my symptoms could be several tings including cancer but yet could not get in for testing for over a month! This is very disturbing.

I want to know my results.

Stacey Pennington , PA-C was who I saw. She didn't rush through my appointment and listened to my concerns. I did feel that she genuinely cared about the history of colon cancer in my family.

Ms Pennington listened attentively, checked my records as I asked questions and explained things in very clear and understandable description. She did not rush me , made sure I knew what next steps would be and helped allay my concerns .

This is a wonderful way to get answers to questions when you're not in need of an examination. I feel confident in going forward in managing a chronic colon issue after speaking with Stacey!

other than having some nameless, faceless computer canceling my appointment (after having verbally confirming it), this visit went very well. Very pleased with the care of Dr. Pennington, and happy that even though my appointment was canceled in error, I was still able to be seen on time.

They done a great job going into detail about my situation and how they are going to be working together with Duke.

The only complaint I have is the wait for my procedure. 4 months is too long.
