I liked this physician. He took the time with me and was very compassionate. He's not my primary physician but you would never have known that because he treated me as if I was the only patient he had. I truly appreciate that, considering most health care providers these days act like they could care less. I think you need to continue having an emphasis on personal communication and compassion. Whatever has changed with novant health and the way you treat your patients needs to continue because it only helps patients not hinders us.

As always, I came away knowing my options and with all the info I needed to make decisions regarding my future health needs. Everyone is so helpful at Novant. They go over everything with me and ask questions to clarify my statements. And an extra plus is I have never had to wait past my appt. time, but of course I would understand if I had to do so. I trust my doctor and the staff with my life, literally, so I will go there as long as they are there.

All of the staff are extremely courteous and pleasant. Dr. Kipreos has extensive experience and is an outstanding practitioner and I feel fortunate to have him as my primary doctor.

The staff was exceptionally kind. I was moved from the exam room in a wheelchair to another room to wait. A lady brought me a Coke & Lance Nabs, then wheeled me to my car.
