This was a great experience at a new clinic for me. Dr. Floyd surpassed my expectations and I was very comfortable talking with him when I normally feel quite awkward. He made me feel like I was a priority and like he genuinely cared. Usually it's serious and I feel like just another patient. He was personable, friendly, and just nice to talk to. I will continue seeing Dr. Floyd.
