Both the nurse and dr made frequent eye contact with me instead of focusing on the computer- I appreciated this! They also listened when I said I wasn’t comfortable with a certain exam and worked to find a different method that worked for me. Rather than focus on my weight, they cared about my other issues. I really appreciate that, not many doctors do that anymore.

I really liked everyone at this office. I had to change Doctors because mine left. Really liked Dr. Ginn…and her assistant ( I can’t remember her name) . Both very personable, easy to talk to and kind…on a Monday morning no less.

Dr Wehmeier was an excellent listener. He also provided pertinent, clearly articulated answers to my many questions. I am at risk for cancer and am 4 days away from a biopsy. He was consistently patient and empthatheic. I came away encouraged despite the stress of the circumstances. I am grateful.

My visit was stress free

This was the best experience I've ever had in a medical facility. It was the first time I felt like a person who was seeing people that cared about my health instead of a meat factory (Atrium). I felt listened to and respected. I wish more facilities hired people like this. It is the level of care that should just be standard in the American healthcare system but unfortunately isn't from my experiences by proxy. Dr. Ginn and her nurses should be proud.

Dr Ginn is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She takes time to listen to me and gives me feed back. She explains anything I don't understand and makes herself available if I need appointment before my next visit.
