It was my 1st time scheduling with this facility and doctor. Everyone was pleasant and willing to assist if needed.

Dr. Ginn is awesome. She listened patiently, asked appropriate questions, and shared her thoughts regarding my health and care. She also treated me with respect. I felt Dr. Ginn understood all my issues and concerns. She treated me as a valuable member of my care team.

I had a really great wellness visit with Dr. Ginn. I truly feel that she and her staff at this location are supportive and welcoming. My concerns are always addressed properly. The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and communicated their medical care clearly. Thank you again for the great visit. I was impressed from the time I walked up to the Receptionist who quickly checked me in and directed me to the waiting area. Next, I saw the Nurse who asked me questions, took my blood pressure and temperature. Then the doctor saw me. She asked if I had questions? I did and she answered them as she reviewed my chart. After that I was directed to area to have my blood drawn. Everyone was polite and professional.

Both the nurse and dr made frequent eye contact with me instead of focusing on the computer- I appreciated this! They also listened when I said I wasn’t comfortable with a certain exam and worked to find a different method that worked for me. Rather than focus on my weight, they cared about my other issues. I really appreciate that, not many doctors do that anymore.
