I've treated with 4 different pa's or np's there and Kelsey is the most professional one I've seen yet.

Kelsey listened and made me feel heard. She was thorough in reviewing my previous notes from my primary doctor. She was quick to find a solution for my pain and unresponsiveness to the antibiotic. She was quick to respond the following days to refer me to the ER as well. She was incredibly kind during the visit.
