I recommend Dr. Balavage to all of my friends and loved ones (most of whom do not live in the area, unfortunately)! I am continually impressed by the quality of care I receive from her, including respect for my input and thoroughness of explanations for treatment options. Overall, Dr. Balavage is extremely patient, trustworthy, and patient-centered.

The physician was phenomenal she comforted me during this visit and explained everything to me with clarity. One of the best doctor's appointments I've ever experienced in my life. She made sure that I also was well taken care of after my visit.

Dr. Balavage is an amazing doctor and human being. She takes the time to listen and understand concerns. She treats you as if she is a friend or family member. I trust her wholeheartedly and am extremely thankful to have her as a provider.

I have seen Dr Lisa Wilson for close to 16 years (excellent provider!!!!) However, since I've moved from charlotte recently, I needed to be placed on the waitlist for an appointment that coincided with my travel days. I was placed on Kristi Balavage, MDs schedule. I can not say enough good things about her. I thought having a provider as good as Dr Wilson was an anomaly, but there seems to be at least one other who is as personable as she is. Dr Bavalage has excellent bedside manner. She listened to my concerns, explained her recommendation thoroughly, maintained eye contact, and even sat down during the visit. If ever I'm unable to see Dr Wilson due to scheduling conflicts, I would definitely be open to seeing Dr Bavalage
